Thanks for your welcome messages! Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I'm looking for a letter template or any advice as I want to write to Lewis Group following their refusal to consider a final settlement offer. They said they have a charge on my property of £6000 so dont need to accept an offer but I'm only paying £10 per month which will take forever!
