hi all, need help on getting my £352.50 (fee) back from lifestyle claims this was paid on august 2010.i feel as if they are fobbing me every time i phone them

Hello Stupunk and welcome to Legal Beagles.
Lifestyle Claims is regulated by the Ministry of Justice and it is to they you need to refer this matter. Lifestyle Claims' Authorisation Number is CRM16588. The MoJ's website is Justice.
