    Help! small claims

    Could any one advise me please...I have a small bed & breakfast business and have a guest who left paying only half of his bill, with a promise to forward the rest a few weeks later. He stayed with us for a period of 10 months with other workmen from his company. i have contacted him several times but he keeps fobbing us off. how do we take him to the small claims court...is it worth the hassle?
