    Re: Hello from Happy Contrails

Welcome, Happy Contrails. There are indeed many of us from CAG for the same reason as you. Sure, we get a bit of turbulence here sometimes, but usually cos guys here are passionate about truth - as opposed to fiction !

      Re: Hello from Happy Contrails

I had a long absence from CAG, mostly due to me lack of entheusiasm and an increase in my hours at work, but it was the email reminders CAG notifying of a new post on a old thread that brought me back.

My nephew had a bust up with a moderator at CAG, he wanted to go in with guns blazing, I persuaded him to drop it. Its THEIR server, they can do as they please. But one lesson learned, SAVE YOUR THREADS.

That has worked in my favour in proving a post has been interfered with by a moderator. The only casualty is the moderators ego.

        LOL at your above post!

Welcome aboard Legal Beagles. It's great to have you here and your evident knowledge of bailiffs will be invaluable. I'm delighted Ploddertom recommended you come over.

Re CAG - if you do a search you'll find a whole thread on it. In my case I was banned for passing a pm to someone on CAG to say the person who was helping them would not be around for a week, and not to worry.

A little draconian in my opinion, but their choice. If that's how they operate, I have no desire to be connected with them.

Anyway, that's off the subject - it's good to have you here. Welcome!

Many of us have passed wind in a Place of Worship. The Good Lord forgiveth us, as he has created us so to do.

Yeah i remember thinking at the time just how petty the site moderators were, they clearly did not care about the person i was helping at the time and what effect it would have. Though furtunately she did email me and since then things have progressed and a tribunal is in the next few months. One must also wonder if the laws that govern the mail would also apply to private messages? After all it is an offense to intercept someones mail or open it is it not?

I have become the latest victim of the CAG moderator egos. My name there has been censored. I can only assume it is a penalty for my posting here because I have not breached any published forums rules, and no explanation given.

Its a pity, I was about to publish the results of the Freedom of Information Requests from the Ministry of Justice answering some of the myths on bailiffs being punted on the CAG forums as fact.

I dont know who is in charge here, but is there any chance of a bailiff thread being made open to the public?

I'd like to publish, among other things, the HMCTS bailiffs contracts now I have permission to do so, and further answers from the Ministry of Justice debunking the myth being punted around on CAG on Form 4 complaints and costs orders being made against complainants. It confirms a certain CAG adviser on bailiffs has potentially caused forum users to lose lots of money in unlawful bailiffs fees through unqualified and misleading advice.

I'll also offer it to MSE as I know a friend who contributes there.

                  Hi Happy

Please start as many threads as you wish on this topic. There is a dedicated bailiff forum of course!

Not exactly sure what you mean by "Is there any chance a bailiff thread being made public"?

All threads are public except those which are started in VIP forums. Or am I missing something....probably.

                  Look forward to hearing more.

For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Oh and btw, if you're a 'high profile' CAGGER and you post here, you will almost certainly be banned. You can't even type the words Legal Beagles on CAG....literally...try it!

Oh hell! I didnt realise CAG had created so many enemies for itself. Its not really my place to get involved, but what ever the problem CAG has with legal beagles, they really need to get over it.

Celestine, I assume you are in charge by the authorative touch you have.

The threads made on this forum are not searchable by Google, viewers must register a name before they can read the answers to an original post.

Allowing the answers to original posts to be indexed is how many new users are brought here, because they appear in Googles listings.

I think we all agree, HC. Like one of those anvil-shaped Cumulo-Nimrod storm-cloud thingies - getting over it is the key. It's not so much that CAG has created enemies - more that CAG has declared war on its' allies. This, of course, then makes it so much easier for our common adversary to divide and conquer.

Cel is indeed our 'Killer-Queen.' She has ears to hear.

Is it me, or is roughly 10% of online forum users at CAG are forum moderators?

Im not one for taking an objective look at moderator behaviour, but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion.

I noticed the moderator who remprimanded me not long ago, has a long posting history going back years, we're talking literally thousands of posts with very little useful content. and the regular tempo of his posts suggest he doesnt have much of a life outside the CAG forums. Also, his posting follows a common theme, creating more questions for the original poster, and when the OP does answer them, the said moderator abandons the thead.

Recent events have opened my eyes, some moderators on the CAG forums really need to get a productive life. I dont understand how they pay their rents spending so much time on a debts forum.

Yup, that is definitely part of the problem, alongside confused leadership.

Ive logged on CAG for the last time, only to turn off email notifications. There's no point in having it if I cant reply to new posts.

Im collating the evidence for some mythbusters threads, namely bailiffs fees on court fines, and Form 4 complainants having costs orders made against them. I have aquired some cooperation from a contact within the Ministry of Justice, is there any chance of the whole threads being public, users not required to login.
