Good evening,just found this forum after a fruitless phone call with Fujitsu.Long story short they are refusing a claim under the lifebook for life promotion because a 3rd party company employed by them has told them that the original backup discs were not sent back with the laptop,I know I put them in the box.Fujitsu will not give me a contact at the 3rd party and say that nothing else can be done,claim refused!!

Was the company you sent the Fujitsu dataserv?

It sounds like a tactic they have been using on Dell customers saying items are not complete
