hi all at my wits end with lloyds tsb over ppi non payment so have came on this site for help and advice and comfort been getting so wound up over offer made to me in july and still not recieved need to take step back and calm down(scouser lol) and seek some guidence that my rant over so hope we get some good debate going and looking forward to talkin cheers paul b

Hi and welcome.

I suggest that you contact your local MP, hopefully he or she will be able to push them for you.

I know they have delays and backlogs, but they've had more than ample time.

Remember your MP - you may have already voted for previously or will want your vote in time, so I can't see why they should not be able to help on your behalf.

Have you also made contact with the CEO?

What exactly did you receive? Did it say your claim was successful and to sign and send back the slip saying you are accepting?

Did you have any arrears on any of the loans?
