Evening all! I am a 33yr old woman who has been, and is currently, as part of a family, victims of the aforementioned. Since my downstairs alcoholic neighbours moved in, we have been physically attacked, our car vandalized to the extent of having to scrap it and our kids terrified! These are the fundamental problems along with stolen property and verbal abuse. I am looking to hear from anyone who has any advice or indeed, anyone who has suffered, as we have. We have been aided by the police, assist team, victim support and the PF;s office and they are being evicted, however, they have 6 weeks left to find new a new home and the interim period is terrifying. Was looking to; vent, discuss and look for advice. Would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help, either by hearing of what we should do, or to hear from anyone in the same situation, as it is difficuilt to explain the horror of the situation unless one has experienced it also. Thanks for reading! Exhausted 1 (M)

Re: Hi everyone, first timer! Victim of anti social behaviour by neighbours.
I am so incredibly sorry and horrified to hear of the ordeal you have undergone and continue to suffer. I cannot sadly suggest any ways forward you; indeed you seem to have so much in place already it is criminal that the people who live below you should be allowed to terrorise you in this way any longer.
I wish I could offer some help. I can't, but you do have my absolute sympathy.

I echo Labmans words of sympathy. Life is stressful enough these days without this sort of thing going on. Do you have a comcorder? If they do try something on in the meantime and it is recorded then surely they would be arrested for it ........
