Bank charges?????

Dear Beagles,

I just wanted to clarify the matter as I have had mixed opinions on the matter

Is it possible to still claim bank charges, on behalf of a deceased family member?

Nope, sorry.

Bank charge reclaim is basically at an end, The Supreme Court put paid to that.

.......unless you are in severe financial hardship but you should not simply reclaim bank charges and claim to be in financial hardship if you are not missing priority payments ie house, utilities etc, etc, (loans/credit cards/mobiles are not priority debts).
