  • Swap Mis-Selling

    Hi all

    My name is Abhishek
I used to work at Lloyds Bank for 8 years, providing hedging / swaps to UK firms.

I am now working with clients to help them negotiate their hedging with their Banks, since Banks make phenomenal profits from these products.

We are fully FSA authorised and are working with many clients to help them review if they were mis-sold their hedging.

Crucially, we have the same financial software as the Banks, so we can price any of these products and show exactly how much profit a Bank made at the time of doing the hedge. This is something that no other firm can provide.

I have also been hired as an expert witness in cases against UK Banks

    Hi Abishnek

Advertising is not allowed on Legal Beagles. I'm wondering how you can assist our users?

It is also not a good idea to use your real name. I will amend your post accordingly.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

I am proud to have co-founded LegalBeagles in 2007

I was not aware that any UK bank sold hedging and I'd probably buy my hedging from a garden centre.

Did Lloyds Bank ever sell fencing as well?

That's odd - the FSA Register seems to state that you'd not worked for Lloyds for even eight months. (link)
