This morning I was cold called by above company, promising repayments of thousands of pounds. Up front cost £359 via credit card. Have been told if they are nor successful will get a refund, not so sure now, reading all I can find!

Did they say exactly what they could claim for you?

Also bare in mind that when they cold call you they do not know anything about you and therefore they cannot tell you that you can get £1,000's back as that is not appropriate as they are NOT privvy to your financial affairs.

If they have cold called you and have demanded an upfront fee then you should look at the MOJ website where they have posted notices about CMC's members WARNING the public that this is not acceptable.
