Hello to all . I am a new member I found this forum when I was trawling through the internet looking for information on Mercers. They have sent a default notice on behalf of Barclaycard . I have been advised by National Debtline to sit tight and not to phone them as no one answering a phone ever is in a position to make a decision. just wondered what I can expect now. I have informed them that I intend to initiate a DMP and have made them a token payment. Has anyone have an advice to give. I am feeling quite desperate right now?

Re: Hello to all
Do not phone them under any circumstances, do everything in writing.
I do not have enough knowledge to assist you in this any further but I am sure that someone who does will be along shortly.
Rest assured there are many people here who are or who have been in your position and will be able to advise you accordingly.
