hi everyone , i had a letter mkienze hall on thursday saying say can you phone us and quote this reference number which i did because i was really worried what it was
i had a a bank loan i think it was over 6years ago at my old address and i had to finish work due to ill health and couldnt afford to pay it back so here i am , when i phoned mkienze hall the man on the phone was very arrogrant i didnt admit to the loan i just told him my name thing is im going out my mind with worry whats going to happen next please help femmym

yea is that true lol i had my first letter on thursday thats when i made the mistake of phoning them they asked me for my phone number i refused so what happens now after you recieved the first letter ?

mucky hall phoned me last night and tonight at the same time i know its them because they didnt leave a number as i ignored the call do they do this on a regular bacsis ? its only happened since i had my first letter asking me to contact them with a reference number last thursday.
