    Nominated third party CCA 1974
I sent capital One a signed letter of authorisation, requesting that they deal with a nominated third party; a Thomas Ryan LLB.

This person then requsted from capital One a true copy of the original Credit agreement, for information purposes only.

They are refusing to deal with this third party as they say the signature on the letter of authorisation does not match the original signature they hold.

Mr. Ryan has pointed out that he has the file, and that though people's signatures may vary slightly with the years, it is my signature.

They say they will not deal with him until they have a letter signed by me, from which they can recognise my signature from any document that they may hold.

Where do I go from here?
