    hi all loyds cc help

    hello
    lloyds gave me a credit card about 8 yrs ago i was in the branch and felt a bit pressured to have one! i never used it for about a year! i also found out i was payin ppi on it! anyway i was in a tight squeeze so kept gettin loads of charges on it £40 quid each time so i was wondering if i could reclaim anything and how hard it would be! thankfull for any help

    Welcome to Legal Beagles.

    Well, the good news is that you can reclaim that PPI and also any unlawful charges on the card, such as late fees and over limit fees.

    Have a good read of the forum, particularly credit cards and PPI.

    Have you got your credit card statements? If not, the first step will be to send Lloyds a DPA request to get copies of all your statements and any correspondence about PPI and late fees.

    Once you know how much you've been charged you can set about getting it back!

    p.s It's not hard at all!! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.....
