I'd just like to say hello to everyone having been referred to this excellent site.
My story is probably quite standard - claimed unfair bank charges but my case was stayed by OFT test case.
Now the case rolls on under a different tack as a result of the OFT loss.
I'll post more details in the (NatWest) Banks forum - as court appearance is likely within the next 4-6 weeks I think.
Hopefully progress can be made despite all the negativity!
