Thankx for your advice bluebottle. Today I telephoned Trading Standards-who put me on to Citizens Advice-who apparently now take all such complaints- who then pass on to TS those they think merit it. Okay abit long winded but now done and CA agreed should be passed to TS. CA also advised I reply to the latest letter from Apex, "to be seen to acting reasonably"... sigh! Done - short but not too sweet.
