  • Hello

Hello to all. I am a new member, and I have registered in order to gain valuable information to support my campaign to eliminate the parasitic and antiquated commercial baillif brigade from the English legal system. I am almost 64 years old, and I have taken issue with the notorious Jacobs bailiffs. This is in regard to Jacobs illegal and thug like conduct, and also falsification of visit charges and associated costs. I am not directly involved with this unsavoury organisation, I am acting on behalf of my son who is almost at his wits end because of Jacobs devious, cheating, lying and indeed apparent criminal activity. I am a professional contract consultant, and although not legally quallified, I have a wealth of experience in contract law and preparation of claim documents and arbitration papers etc.. I would be intersted to exchange information/colaborate with other people who are being mal-treated by jacobs, with a view to a possible joint legal action. Currently I am enged in an exchange of correspondence with both Jacobs and Traffored BC on my sons behalf, and I have already been successful in sidelining Jacobs and having the bailiff Mr Bishop removed from the case. For obvious legal reasons, I cannot publicise this specific correspondence, but I can discuss the modus operandi abstractly here. In my opinion, the whole bailiff scenario is archaic and belongs back in the middle ages from whence it came. I believe that there is a request for review of the use of baliffs currently being tabled by senior government legal personnel, but I have not got the details. If there is information anywhere in these fora, could someone point me in the right direction? To me, it beggars belief that that it is possible to make money and profit by compounding the misery of disadvantaged people. I want the government to understand how these parasites operate, and I have had some very intersting discussions with Trafford BC regarding the collection of unpaid council tax. My intention, is to stop local government engaging the services of bailffs by making them aware of their vicarious liabilities. Regards to all.

Welcome to LB scratchy. Bailiffs are not my scene but there are others here who have a wealth of knowledge on the subject and undoubtedly will be along to discuss.

    best regards
