Hi guys im new and a recently declared BR.
However i have some real issues that have to light following the BR.
1. All interim CO were recorded as that and are actually final. Now have found infor on restrictions but dont really understand it, so have already posted.
2. Dispute with Endeavour Finance over a secured charge, but FSO can help as loan was a unregulated agreedment ie 50 k in 2005- so unsure if this gives me less security or the complaint process can only be with Endeavour or are terrible. Have posted on this one as well.
3. Paid off arrears on a Suspended Possession Order and told this would dismiss the SPO by the mortage collections team , advised on 6 occassions of this in one week, to then receive a letter and be told sorry we gave out bad advise.
4. Being pursued for a former debt with bristow and sutor in my husbands sole name who is no longer resident -
I have found the county court process a total joke, ive always defended and maintained contact with my creditors but the judge regardless just issues orders like throwing confetti.
Im a home owner with negative equity , official receiver so far has been really supportive and helpful and i intend to remain in my home not walk away like many BR's do
Fell on terrible times and trying to resolve it but the above issues dont help.
