RW send out a cycle of letters and after 2 cycles they send the account to Horrible Farrelly (as a frightener).
Back, the lemon goes to RW and they re-start their cycle of letters again.

ODC, I think you will find that many DCA firms do understand the word: Compliance.
But if they do not, they should look it up!

"Over the past two years, his work has fostered a genuine realignment in the culture of Mackenzie Hall, with an absolute commitment to compliance at the heart of everything we do – not just for the sake of licensing, but also because of its huge potential impact on our and our clients reputations, and on our ability to treat customers fairly. Today we are one of the fastest growing DCAs in the UK, and so creating this role of Director of Compliance is very much a natural progression for Mackenzie Hall, putting us on a solid footing for continued expansion throughout 2011."

I am in the same position but the client is natwest. I can say hand on heart I owe them nothing and have continuously banked with them for 15 years with no corresponce from them asking for money....no cr4edit cards or loans that havent been paid off in full. Where the hell does this debt come from? How can it come from a company that has always had my contact details and yet mackenzie hall write to me in my maiden name and have no idea of any contact details for me? Do they actually make debts up?

                                Nothing to worry about.
Mucky hall are well known for writing utter Bovine Excrement and are best ignored,
