Hi Everyone
Just joined and will most likely be a lurker rather than a poster. I'm particularly interested in any action being taken against companies that deal in Bill of Sale Loans, not because I've been a victim but because I have dealt with many of those who have lost vehicles due to the way such loans are sold.
I am not a solicitor, so cannot give legal advice, but have had a very wide-ranging career from DVLA to Security to Motor Auctions.
Look forward to getting to know people better over the coming months.
