    I Would Like To No Who Robinsonway Are They Have Sent A Letter Demading £8,288.28 Pound This Debt Was With Hsbc Over 6yrs Ago They Have Said They Will Take Me To Court If I Do Not Pay And Have People Come To My Home To Collect This Money What Should I Do I Am A Single Parent Have A Part Time Jobb And Struggling To Pay For The Basic Bills That I Have To Pay

    RW&c are a debt collection agency.
    This sounds like pretty normal for them.

    Is this the first correspondence you have received concerning this ?

      no it is not i just put them in the bin because i thought it was still with hsbc
