    Just joined so Iam looking forward to drawing on the collective knowledge on here.
    I have a debt from Vodaphone which was disputed from Lowells.They backed off when I started defending my corner.Hadnt heard from them for sometime as they had said the various other debts we had were being put on hold.
    Now it looks like they have sent or should I say sold it on to some cowboys called ScotCall.
    Just about to send a CCA request off to them which is a diferrent approach from what I used with Lowells.
    I will see what happens.

    Scotcall are nothing to worry about just file it under DCA scum
    If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

          As you've mentioned that the balance you're being asked to pay is disputed I'm happy to take a look at this for you.

          As such, you're welcome to email the details of the account in question to webrelations@vodafone.com

          While I'm here it's worth clarifying that a CCA request would be valid in this instance as our agreements are classified as service agreements rather than credit agreements.

          This said however, if you'd like to receive a copy of your account records from us you'd just need to submit a Subject Access Request with a £10.00 payment. If you'd like some assistance with this just let me know.
