webb resolutions
Webb Resolutions have bought a debt and are taking action to recover the debt (started by the original mortgagee), that her ex-husband has fraudulently obtained 6 years ago. I read with interest that if they are not on the Title Deeds they cannot take legal action to recover the debt as the title is not Perfected. Is this true?

I'm not sure your post gives enough detail to help properly. Do you mean she now owns the house and he is no longer on the title deed?
Also, was the original debt created more than 6 years ago and this has suddenly started or has there been a 'history' to this debt collection activity.
