Hi new friends. I need some advice from those who've been there.
I've just finished an FDR and was let down badly by my solicitor and my barrister. The poor result for me was achieved by deception of the Respondent. I've seen that I can attempt to have the court order overturned in circumstances of deception and the Respondent certainly did that. I picked up and pointed out plenty of examples in his Form E and again in two more sets of answers to my further questions. The barrister chose NOT to bring them to the attention of the judge who was left oblivious to the massive deception that was being pulled.
Does anyone know of a solicitor in East London or Essex who is capable of handling a contested Court order, and has anyone any experience of doing this who can point me in the direction of what to do first.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone with helpful advice
