  • Good Morning PPI bloggers

Happy to be here, seems like a very friendly forum. I have joined to look into PPI claim refund as I've been told there isn't much point trying it as the banks are challenging a JR verdict and refusing to process new claims. Very happy to accept any tips or advice anyone can offer.

    Hi Mebestmatewes! Welcome to LBs

Ever the optimist I'd say it's worth starting your complaint even with the JR problems, it may stop it being time barred at a later point. It might be worth mentionning on these forums who the PPI was with and when it was taken out, these things can be crutial in determining whether or not you may be effected by the JR (although the banks do seem to be indescriminately delaying some complaints - how lovely they are!)

Hi and welcome to LB Mebestmatewes

I agree with Chip Tuesday, do continue with your reclaiming.

I have 2 older reclaims in with Lloyds, its held back due to the JR, but its still a start, so go on, get it out of the way. Good luck.
