      hi to all
      i have c/card with cap one sent letter 22/3/10 asking to except payments on a pro rata basis
      answer no after six letters past on to f.t.c. then capqust all refused offer of payment now hl legal threating counyy court

        Did you submit a full breakdown of income and expenditure, including all other debts, to show how you arrived at the pro-rata offer? If you did so and you calculated it correctly (there is a formula for working out pro-rata payments), then I would simply write back to HL and tell them that if they take you to the country court, you will submit the same calculation to the court and, as such, you are confident that the court would accept the reduced payment offer that you have made. Given that to be the case, you could also hint that it could be suggested that HL are wasting court time and acting in a malicious way.

        Did you keep up with the reduced payments during this period of time?

            hi
            need help with shop direct finance
            thay refused offer of payment and when thay failed to supply a copy of c/agreement (as i never had one) i received a letter saying we will not be pursuing the account but i still receive default notice and thay add charges is this ok or will thay pass it to a dca.
