thanks lerclerc (Border Collie) PS: I have five! (well, one is a Collie x Springer, but who's fussed?). I'm learning to negotiate site, but meantime have downloaded your suggestion - to read at a later time, as I'm sitting in my car at the moment and the dogs are baying to go for (yet another) walk.

Meantime, as with most ostrich organisations, thee and me know what they SHOULD do in customers' interests; which is vastly different from what they actually DO do. More particularly when appropriate toothless 'watchdogs' (sic) don't uphold more than 10-15% of complaints - wow, that many! And safe in the knowledge they (Ombudsmen) are not answerable to anyone. Cynic? Moi! However, bless you.
