    Just saying Hi folks. I've joined you because my partner was persuaded to part with money by Cancel Your Loan/Total Refund Ltd. Despite solicitor's intervention and reams of correspondence, no refund forthcoming. Even the Credit Card company finds itself going round in circles. This firm has been the subject of investigations by both the Daily Mirror and the Daily Mail. Has anyone been involved with CYL and managed to secure a refund? If so, how?

    Is this anything to do with Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) or something else?

    Sorry if I got it wrong.

    I've not heard of that actual company, but maybe someone have and will know more.

    So I take it they are a claims company then?

    If so wonder if Claims Regulation/Ministry of Justice (MOJ) will know more about this company.
