Hi I done it with a template from which magazine, 3/10/10. The 1st letter I had saidthat they were investigating, I phoned them in November and they said they were waiting for the Judicial review, then just before Christmas 22/12/10 I had a letter stating they were refunding my PPI plus 8%. I haven't received the money as yet but I put that down to all the Bank Hollidays
