        Just posting background info had the famous light bulb moment 12 months ago and set up a self managed debt plan all accepted by creditors except Capital One who took 6 months to freeze charges and interest and passed me onto Credit Solutions whom Im battling with now so Im looking for pointers really done the SAR route and received only an application and assume its technically unenforceable but I want to pay them back and wondered do I negotiate with the DCA or still deal direct with Capital One and use the UE as leverage if I can get away with it :santa_smiley:
        and I also complained to the FOS but got nowhere with that so I have now complained to OFT Capital One have been real pains from onset and very discouraging
