Presumably, R&RO legal is another name for their (MBNA) in-house threat department?

Re: your s78 CCA request, current terms and conditions will not suffice and MBNA know it; MBNA remain in default of your valid legal request.

MBNA, now admit that the account has been charged off;
MBNA will receive tax relief for the charge off and;
the account will once again go into limbo, (it has already been securitised) into a bucket of mixed toxic debt for some debt buyer to profit from...

After, charge off your account number will change; MBNA allocate new numbers for charged off debts.

Optima, are merely acting as agents for MBNA!

So, where does that leave you?

Suggest, that you CCA Optima and;
a FULL SAR to MBNA

If, you have valid grounds to have the CCJ set-aside, then you should do so.
