  • Hi

    Hi there

My name is nick i work for a company in Notts.

I have joined to get more information on consumer issues since we provide home services and also going for the trading standard buy with confidence scheme

we are only a small family company and been around 1969 .. there is alot of changes in consumer law since then

so maybe asking for advice or reading through the posts to see what problems occur.

we are trying to do the right thing rather feel that we are rip off merchant.. but it is hard with prices being higher.. and people dont understand quality any more.. its is all about price.. but people dont understand the like - for - like

we hear horror stories of companies installing and then never been able to get any help under the warranty .. where a product that last that can be updated and good service seem not to be the priority anymore

i hope to learn a lot and also put a few question to find out what people think

    thanks
