  • Charges for multi pcn's all on one visit

    Hi,
Does anyone know if a bailiff can charge for the same visit on 3 seperate PCN's if they are all from the same council
I have 3 PCN's that were givin on a 3 day period when a ticket machine was not working, I sent a letter and thought that would be the end of it. Today I had 3 letters delivered by hand each one demanding 357 pounds (90 pounds owed on each to council but no breakdown).

Any advice would be great thanks

Amy is the one who'll know the answer to this. In the meantime, do you still have the PCN's - if so could you scan them and post them so we can see if they fully meet the requirements of the law - you'd be surprised how many don't. I've appealed on behalf of others in excess of 1000 tickets in the past year and a bit. Over 90% have been withdrawn.
