    Hi from newby

    Hi I'm new, I was looking for some advice and came across this site on a search. I am trying to find out information about judgements. A judge awarded my claim in full on a preliminary hearing but changed his mind and dismissed my claim and the counter claim on the full hearing. Unfortunately I can't afford a solicitor and can't seem to get through to citizens advice. I have asked for an appeal hearing but am trying to get some advice, it seems that judges can do whatever they want
