    Restons & Offers & ccj

    Hello all I have received a letter for judgement for claimant. They asking for £150 a month on a debt of just over £1700 we are on a dmp with the cccs. Will making an offer to restons help prior to my ccj being granted. If so do I need to pay the full amount or will they consider an offer. I assume an offer will still mean a ccj and full payment not I shall be in aposition to offer all of my creditors in december F&F offers, any help or knowledge please.

    Need more details about this problem. Not clear still. what is cccs actually?
