Hi there,

After I received an email from a DCA a friend referred me here for some help.

I live in Sheffield and am fairly good with credit accounts etc hence why I am a self-employed bookkeeper but this one company refuses to listen.

The ONLY thing to respond to from a DCA is an actual LETTER, everything else can be completely ignored.

Now which DCA was this, I bet it was Lowell.

They don't have my new address to write to me.

Having just cleared my credit I'd rather not get a CCJ against me at an old address.

I've posted the issue on the consumer forum. The DCA is Buchanen Clark and Wells

Interesting, just read your other thread.

Well some good news, BCW are about as toothless as they come, so no worries there.
As you old phone company has you new address, as you wanted to port your number, they have failed to inform BCW of this fact.

TBH I wouldn't be surprised if they do indeed send you a letter demanding payment.
