    False bad credit rating by Aktiv Kapital

    Please-can anyone help me. I have just been informed that Experian has me listed as bad credit rating. I have been pursued by Aktiv Kapital for years over debt that never existed. Aktiv Kapital ignore my letters and continue to bombard me with demands for money. I have just left university and tried to open a bank account but was refused because of this.
