    yes treating customers fairly ,compansation for all the stress and worry i have had with yorkshire bank over last 4 years last 2years had repossession order on house been in court 3x won bank on second court appearance judge agreed with me , the bank had treated me unfairly and suspended repossession, the ballifs were due at 12 noon that day the bank offerd no help and went back to court 1month later i just gave up had enough the bank where after house and in the end got it sold it now chasing me for £22,000.

      What outcome do you expect? They won't reverse the repossession and they may not refund any charges.
      Are you receiving charges today? Are the charges still having an affect on your ability to pay priority creditors? Is the amount of £22, 000 already on a payment plan? Is the plan too much?

      I'm afraid whether the bank were wrong to take you to court the second time, the third time they did win which unfortunately(even in the case of the OFT v. the banks was the deciding case). Being treated unfairly by a bank in regards to a court case is different to the Treating Customers Fairly principals that I was talking about.
