Bit new to all this but wondered if anyone can help.
Short story . . . I have a PG with Barclays . . . except I have email evidence from my 'then' business manager that the PG should have been Joint and Several but the paperwork for the 2nd Director was never processed. I also have various neglectful emails whilst this so called manager was off sick and on maternity leave. After 9 months of no contact, Barclays have finally sent me a demand notice. They are willing to do a deal but have still not acknowledged their negligence. Have I (or they) got a leg to stand on? I have already got a banking advisor (one of very few in the country) on the case, but wanted a 2nd opp.
