A long story, but the jist is i had a debt management company running my debts, some time ago the natwest followed the process to enable them to get a charging order. As the debt management company filled in the forms, it appears that the total debt at that time is concurrent with the charging order, i have spent the last 2 years trying to tally up the debt nat west claim with the order but nat west are not playing ball, the debt which consists of a loan and overdraft also had PPI which i think i should be able to get taken off of the jusdgement. I need someone to audit the account and someone to tell me what i should do about the PPI so if anyone has any ideas or needs more information please say.

    Many thanks

Were you fully eligible for the cover(PPI) at the point you took out the loan?

Man thanks for the very quick responce, Apparently its something to do with the interest that they applied to the PPI that is the issue, however i cant go through the claims process because there is a CCJ on the whole loan.
The biggest issue that i have is getting the account audited as there is a discrepancy of about £38,000 that natwest claim i owe i.e. 17500 loan inc ppi and interset, 5k overdraft, 27k paid to date but i still owe 29k
