Welcome Finance PPi Reclaim
Hi all hope you are all well.
I have a problem with welcome finance I bought a car on finance in 2005 and was told I had to have PPI,GAP and MB insurance to get the car,I have since (2008) got another car of them without PPI or GAP insurance my question is can I claim back the PPI insurance that I paid on the first car and if so how do I go about it as I know from reading forums that welcome make this kind of claim very hard.
Do I need to send off a Subject access request first so as to get the figures ?
Also what if they cant supply me with the documents what do I do?
What format should the letter take is there a template?
I know in hindsight that i have been stupid but since 2005 I have paid these sharks between £389 and £418 per month and still owe £9200.
Any advice and or help would be much appreciated
