    Hi I am a Newbie

    Hi - Have had a worrying weekend after receiving a hand delivered letter from Bailiff Philips Collection Service saying they will call again to collect outstanding debt.............no info as who the debt is with only reads Stature barred.

    I hope someone can advise..................please

    It actually says it is Statute Barrred on the letter?
