Hi yourself.
I did a boo-boo and linked to my original post (a newby says hello) so all the info is on there. It's more an epic than a note, but I think it covers most of the points.
I had to hold off going to town today with a covering letter and defence details for the courts, but maybe that could be a good thing if I can get some suitable advice and details to throw into the pot.

Thanks for all your help - people like you are a godsend for those of us thrown to the sharks.
