  • Defending a claim

Can someone please help me defend a claim.

The claimant has issued court proceedings against me. I sumitted a simple defence. I now have an allocation questionnaire. I have been given the run around with solictors as they dont want to take this case on legal aid and I dont have any funds to defend myself.

I have been told that I should make an application for Summary Judgement because of my evidence. I dont know how to do this.

The claim is a fast track claim. even though it shouldnt be as more than half the claim is for car hire charges.

I have 3 witness statments and photographs as evidence to support my defence.

    Any help please!!

I think you need to provide more information in order for us to be able to help you.

What is the claim against you for? How much is it for? What is your defence?
