  • Hello

    Hi everyone.
What a great site, very useful.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I'm really not sure which forum my problem should be posted in.
I have a car on my property belonging to someone else. The owner has given several dates on which it will be uplifted but so far, 3 months down the line, it still remains on my property. I was wondering if I'd be entitled to have it uplifted and the costs for that charged to them?
Thanks in advance for any help

I would be inclined to write to them by recorded/special delivery giving them 7 days to remove the vehicle or that you will have it removed and any costs involed will be passed to them.

Push it out into the road and leave it there.

Good idea Amy but I don't have the keys to get into it and let the handbrake off. Think I might have to go with TUTTSI's idea, I just wanted to make sure this was legal.
