Am seeking advice on credit agreements and all the companies who are offering to wipe them out if they have fulfilled certain requirements. Any advice on which direction I should be taking please on the website would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Legal Beagles, you should read up the threads on these companies on this site, most times you can with help do it yourself with advice from here, like to explain your purpose and situation, others can then assist if possible. Pls note the debt will not go away, but under certain circumstances become - Unenforceable), read CCA threads for info.
