Hiya,
Just found your site, very impressed and after 4 years of battling Halifax for over £1500 in charges, I felt deflated the past week after a further £500ish charges prior to christmas received a letter stating Halifax will not longer consider my complaint.
After a stressful christmas as you can imaging I have started to feel that my cause was lost. However, finding your site has given me hope, I've maybe not claimed in the correct manner, but most of the time have felt that I was being taken advantage both financially and as a customer.
Anyhow, less of my bitching. I'll be in touch.
