I am new to this site and stumbled across it when I was looking for information about a company that stated that for a fee they can look into u8nenforceable agreements and get my debt wiped. I'm wondering how legit they can be.

Hi stargazerforest there are a few companies advertising this with high up front fees etc etc,, careful look through posts here and look for your particular company and read the post, at the end of the day the debt is not wiped out but under certain regulations/agreements unenforceable in a court, that would leave you alternatives such as make sure you do not make payment within 6 years it is then statute barred, or offer under certain guidelines a full & final settlement on your terms to settle, but for now look at threads relating to CCA , somebody with more knowledge will be along shortly and ask you for further information to access ways of advising you.:beagle:

Thank you for the kind welcome. I've started to ask questions already. I'm trying to work out which is my best path all concerned. Will return tomorrow to read more. So much info to take in. :beagle:
