    hello everyone im new to this so bare with me:tinysmile_twink_t2:,I have asked Lloyds tsb for a cca twice now and still have not heard anything.The first letter was sent to them in march 2009 in march,and the second one sent in july.They did send me a loan aggreement which is not what I asked for.Can anyone advise me on what to do next?Is there a third letter I should send?
