    Re: Hi everyone

Hello Run4away and a very warm welcome to Beagles.
We are going to need some more info about your debts obviously, the most important being arrears on rent/mortgage, council tax and utilities.
If its loans, overdrafts or credit cards we have seperate forums for these issues and you may like to start posts in the appropriate ones.
We also have a few night and early morning birds on here so not very often you would be alone if you call in.
Hope to speak soon Enaid x

As Enaid has said above give as much info as possible about your debts and you will soon have all the help you need to sort it out.

            Re: Hi everyone

Thank you everyone. My debts are unsecured personal loans egg, barclays and A&L MBNA credit card and barclays overdraft. Global debt management services sent me a letter on behalf of A&L saying their solicitors are going to take county court action and that they cannot negotiate this. A week before their letter I sent them a registered letter with postal order requesting cca. I know they are in default of my request but this is not enough to stop court action. Im really worried now.

              Re: Hi everyone

If you start new threads for each debt ie the credit cards in the "Credit Card" section of the site, overdraft under "bank" etc etc.

Deal with each item separately, keep each of the papers in a separate folder at home - not trying to teach you to suck eggs, however, I know how horrible it is being in debt, not being able to think straight!

Have you got a scanner? If so, start scanning stuff in, putting it up on the thread in date order, but make sure you remove all personal data before posting any documents onto Legal Beagles, if you are unsure how to remove the personal data, give a shout on this thread and I'm sure someone will advise.

              Chin up!
